Became QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor; formalized engagement letters and pricing tiers. Implemented secure document e-signature and e-file workflows
Moved bookkeeping to cloud stack (QBO + receipt capture + bank feeds).
Established a PPP/EIDL advisory desk to guide clients through relief applications and built a fully remote, paperless workflow that ensured zero lapse in tax-season operations.
